We want you to feel confident when shopping with Mira Vei. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at info@miravei.com within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all packaging where possible. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
